If you are a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, the EMRDesk terms state that EMRDesk acts as your business associate and the BAA applies.
Is pricing per provider or per clinic?
Plans are priced per practice, not per provider. Each plan includes a set number of providers, team members, and active patients.
Are claims, eligibility checks, and claim-status checks included?
They are not included on Free. Every paid plan uses one shared usage meter for claims, eligibility, and claim-status requests, with no requests included: $0.45 on Starter, $0.40 on Practice, $0.35 on Pro, and $0.30 on Enterprise per request. Is data migration included?
EMRDesk supports common import and export workflows, including spreadsheet import and record exports where available. For larger migrations, book a walkthrough so the team can confirm scope, source systems, and rollout timing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Customers may cancel at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle, and partial-cycle or unused-service refunds are not issued under the current terms.
